CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand events come up and things happen resulting in canceling your appointment. Hair by Hailyn does have a 50% fee, of the booked service, within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Hailyn at (612) 563-1356 as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients that are 15+ minutes late will result in forfeiting appointment of booked service(s).
